A LICP will barely have an effect on a stock car. Same goes for the dropin. As you're on a budget, consider doing a tune, fuel pump, clamps and a MBC. Good luck.

milspec throttle body seals - $18 to $20

How much is the tune gonna cost? Most dyno tunes "start" around $300.

do you have the o2 bung welded on your downpipe yet (for the wideband)?

Personally, I would get a Megan o2 instead of the fuel pump for right now. Your stock pump is more than capable of handling the few things you are planning on doing. Also, a hallman mbc. If you don't turn the boost up, you're only gonna hold yourself back.

If you really want some cheap hp, get rid of that stock exhaust. Oh, and open air filter is your friend (ex. Speed Element's OMG filter)

Licp does very little on a stock turbo car. I wouldn't waste money on that at this point. There's a lot of other stuff you will benefit more from you need to buy first

The air filter is no where near the hood vent. Plenty of people run aftermarket filters year round with no problem.

Without thinking, I actually went through an auto car wash with the hood vent removed and an open filter. Didn't touch it a bit. You could install a heat shield on the intake which I guess could double as a splash shield, but it's really not needed.

You'll be fine whatever you do.

Really Guys? The piping we use is all 2.5" all the way to the coupler.

I definitely recommend the ETS licp. I had the full IC piping from ETS, and I was really impressed with their product. Can't go wrong with ETS
