So far I see:

Carbon fiber hood & trunk
Aftermarket lip
Exhaust
Gauges, Radio and either a TT or EBC controller on steering column
Wheels & Tires (others were correct on the specs, Kosei)
Sunroof (be EXTREMELY careful with this) The MR has an aluminum roof, so either someone hacked the aluminum (could have leaks, etc) or they swapped the roof out. You would probably want them to have put in a compatible roof with sunroof instead of cutting up the Al, that way you know it was meant to be that way.
Airguide is aftermarket the airbox looks stock because it uses the stock clamps.
CDI since it is blue I am going to say it is either the Dynatek ARC-2 or some verison of the Sun Hyperforce
UICP and TB coupler The UICP does say monster power, and there is a tube going into what looks to be an aftermarket EBC

You can see the stock IX BOV underneath the intake, but there is also another blue piece by it. This is either an aftermarket intake tube or a different coupler of some sort for the turbo or BOV.

To the poster who said the MRs have red stitching, that is incorrect, only the Special Editions have Red stitching. It was an option on the MR to have this, but not true for all MRs.

Good luck with it

Would be interesting to see a few images of the tune (fuel and timing tables) and if possible some street logs, just to see if the previous tuner/owner had any idea what they were doing behind the keyboard.

That is another big issue, make sure the car is mechanically sound before buying it.

Do a compression test, and try and pull the tune to see if he was running crazy timing, running it lean, etc...

pop off the exhaust manifold heat shield...the manifold looks very silver in the picture..possibly some type of coating on there..most manifolds are pure rust color and just from seeing around the manifold bolts it looks very different.

Run the VIN# and see if its a real MR. Appears to have the MR 6-speed.

well my mr has the red stitching, and why would he change out the stock mr gauges under the stereo? wouldn't make too much sense. but love the carbon hood and trunk ... how much is it??

because nobody needs the volts gauge and there are better looking ones, but this car looks cruddy inside though.
