I know there's a lot of threads already about HID's, but I'm still fairly confused. I found a cople ads in my area and am wondering if there is a difference in them because of the price difference.

I'm confused about bulbs ony for super cheap or conversion kits for semi cheap or fll lights like RRM's for over 300. I'm not sure how everything works and still trying to get it all sorted out. Any help would be appreciated.
