Im trying to find my stock exhaust manifold so I can get it ported and polished. I have no idea on the WGA the seller doesnt remember what was on it so that ones up the air. As for the DV spring, its whatever came in the forge dv when I bought it. I will try and get the graph with rpms

Does it seem to be spooling late? Or is that normal for a bigger turbo, it feels laggy as hell imo but Im new to this.

Stock manifold is where its at... you can tell if you have a stock or aftermarket WGA, just look at it but I dont know how to tell the lbs (can someone chime in on this?)

Is the DV the ratchet type or the older type, if its the older one you need the red spring, if its the ratchet then your fine but maybe adjusting it would help...

The graph you posted isnt the one I was asking to check out, I would like to see the rpms to tell when it is spooling up... see if you can get it.

Do yourself a favor and check this out... https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ev...ft-lbs-tq.html I switched a few things and look at the differences... the Red isnt going to spool that much later than mine, i bet its the manifold and the WGA... same thing with mine.

Compressor surge is really bad, its the worst thing that can happen to your turbo...

id say ur not running much boost due to the stock i/c...upgrade the fmic, get some cams, and retune
i think i made 376 hp with the red at 23.6 psi on 93

25lbs, already got a ets fmic, cams might be done this winter, still debating on it. I think thee biggest issue was the bad gas. Considering water/meth and a different tuner.

No - get the issues with your current setup figured out before you start adding more parts to the equation.

1) Boost leak test
2) Fix the exhaust leak (port and replace the stock manifold, but regardless the exhaust leak will screw with a lot of things)
3) Find a better source of gas
4) Get retuned

Once all of the above is done, let us know where you've come out and we can help...

Well its a 4 hour drive for a tuner so Im going to get everything done before that. Already done leak down test 3 times, manifold gasket should be here tomorrow. We have good gas locally just not in Cheyenne which is the halfway point from Casper to Denver. Will just fill up here and get 2 5 gallon tanks of fuel locally.

Do what mrMTB said to do and then go from there before adding more parts.

If you have access to e85 do that instead of meth...
