Newbie here

HI, just wanted to introduce myself. Got an EvoX last Dec. almost 1 year with
32,000 miles already. :-)

My first Evo and loving it.

Just wanted to know, is there something with Evo owners? I seem to get either
looks from other evo owners and some even wave. I just find it kinda weird. lol

I'm used to the old school car people revving up on you when they pass you buy wanting to race. haha

yup we just respectfully acknowledge other Evo drivers, most are more mature about it but there are still a few that like to be douchebags. nice car and welcome to EvoM.

Welcome. Its cool to have an evo, most of us show acknowledgment of the other by a wave. It the only car I've had that everyone acknowledges one another.

<grin> This reminds me. I threw a wave at a guy the other day, and he looked at me like I was nuts. Like you, he had a X.

No mods right now, I don't really believe in modding a car if you haven't reach your potential with the car. So I think this will take a while. It's a nice/fast car. People that rode it in says it feels like a roller coaster. LOL

Is there anything I need to install just to keep it in good shape. Maybe a turbo timer? Is that really necessary?

Hi, dont think my first reply went through. No mods. I like to keep it stock until I reach my potential with the car. Then just upgrade to a different car. This is my first 4wd turbo car so it still feels kinda weird sometimes. Passengers usually say that it feels like a roller coaster. LOL

Would I need atleast a turbo timer or just keep everything stock?

Thanks
