i was wondering what does anyone know, I'm planing to rebuild my project

evo full weld roll cage include X side cage too. after build it i will transfer other

states regestration to transfer to California. i was wondering if i show them full roll cage jobs and they see side X beam and rear seat empty instead

rollcage to they allow transfer my car to california license plate. because. DMV

said if you want transfer you have to bringing the car at DMV and show the car

if i declined transfer title what should i do.

Why not transfer the title first then start your project? DMV wants to physically see the car to confirm the vin number on the car and out of state title match, they don't care what modifications you have on the car. I recently helped my boss transfer a Nevada title to a California one on a totally custom Harley Davidson and they paid no attention to the modifications, just wanted to see where the vin was and if it matched.
