Question Steering coulmn gauge pods - blocking view?

im debating between a piller and steering coulmn gauges.
i already have center dash piece and looking at some pictures of steering coulmn gauges, its blocking alot. its impossible to see gas gauge with this thing blockign it.

on the other hand, a piller has that rice look which i do not really want.

does anybody have AIT steering coulmn gauges?

it seems more adjustable. or does it not matter?

Buy my glovebox triple gauge pod. It's super sleek and fits three 52mm gauges. BNIB $40 shipped!

The ATi is better looking IMO - more OE. And it's cheaper on top of that. Column pods will always block you from seeing something in the cluster, but that's sort of the unfortunate trade off of them vs. a-pillar. Thankfully seeing your gas gauge and like 160mph on the speedo aren't things you need to constantly do while driving. If the tach were blocked in any important way that could be detrimental... but really you still have a gas light should you not notice the needle dropping and you can leak a little to see it still.

I had that POS autometer one that just glues on top of the oem piece, and it lasted for 5 mins in my car. I ended up getting the ati one, very nice piece, good quality, and best of all u can see the fuel gauge and the cel!

the autometer single left side is not horrible but it still sucks. you lose the "go straight to jail" part of the speedo which is fine with me.

if you wanna run double the autometer will block almost the whole cluster, i will be ditching the autometer POS asap for an ati.

even though i drive an evo i still like to keep it looking stock.
