I had an HKS and it made my car run like ****, so I got a turbosmart dual port. But... I'm selling my Evo 8 and buying an Evo 9 with the stock bov. I was wondering what you guys would recommend for 25psi, also are there any decent VTA valves that anyone knows of? The reason I ask is because I'm a sucker for the sound! So basically I need a good performing bov with a good loud sound and will hold 25lbs,

This is not an advanced topic.Search. You cannot run VTA without Speed Density. MAF + VTA = poor driving characteristics (which you have seen).
Run the stock DV.
