power cut

hey guys sorry if this is a common post but i couldn't find anything in the search. every time im in 3rd 4th or 5th, and im accelerating between 3,500 and 4,000 rpm i have this very noticeable cut in power for about half a second, there is no drop in boost during the cut and it used to happen once a while now its always happening, also my car is completly stock though it does peak at 1.25 bar though only on a steep hill climb ... any advice ?

thanks mike

yea i used to swap plugs every like 3-5k. Get yourself a big box of like 20 or something of ngk bpr8es or similar and keep fresh plugs in it. Plugs are only like 2 or 3 bucks each n make a world of difference. Also they r pre gapped so just throw em in.

he cant run those plugs, he has an evo 9. plugs for a 9 are much more expensive than that and are closer to $10 a piece. from all the plugs ive seen even the pre-gapped are not gapped correctly or even the same gap from the same packaging
