Cobalt to '11 Evo GSR

Hey all,

My name is David I just picked up a new Evo X GSR SS today.

I used to own a 2008 Cobalt SS that I wrecked last month sad that it happened I'll miss it A LOT. I'm liking the new car so far even though it's got 19 miles on it haha.

I've got a ton to learn about this car there's about 20x the aftermarket parts available compared to the Cobalt lol

some pics of the Cobalt

wrecked it at the track huh? good pick up on the Evo though sure that you will like it alot better. Never drove another fast car other than Evos so couldn't tell ya the difference, I had a VIII for the past 5 years, and just picked up my '10 MR. have fun with it though, they are a blast.

That's a pretty clean cobalt.

Doesn't take much making the Evo faster. Just time, money and an account not linked to your wife's.

congrats on the new car...personally I'd drive it the way it is now for a while before I'd go messing with the suspension. the EVO is a totally different animal than an FF car, and it'll be a while before you skills behind the wheel reach the limits of the EVO's suspension in stock form. i'm a big fan of learning the car, and pushing it to it's limits before you raise the limits. mainly because if you can't push the car hard enough to use what it's got now, what's the point of modding it and raising the limits even higher? anyway, congrats again

hate to burst your bubble, but it all comes from the same place lol the only difference are the additives (if any) that get added when hey get to the station, and the condition of the storage tanks. all the gas comes from the same terminals. just because you're buying gas at a shell station doesn't mean shell made that gas.
