Im looking at getting a bigger turbo and not wanting to spend an arm and a leg and i found this

BIG NO NO OBX parts are garbage, ebay turbos are garbage (unless its build by a known company) stay away from those turbos and do more research

i wouldnt run a OBX turbo on my scooter

dont go cheap, buy proven parts.
you get what you pay for and i wouldnt go cheap on something so critical to your car

Your sig shows EVO8

My 9 was just tuned less the cams at 407/400 on E85. Yes it can be done safely.

My Evo 9 with GSC Stage 1 cams stock turbo stock intercooler on E85 makes about 400whp

stay away from obx and other no name turbos
spend the extra money and buy from a well known company like fp. also fp has great customer service

If you're looking to spend in that price range then I would say you're better off buying a used green in the for sale threads...you can get one for under 1K

definitely...I made over 400/400 on my stock turbo with Q16, and stock cams.

I dont know if anyone ever tried that turbo but you can try it and see how it works and report back.

Brother save the money and do it right, buy an FP green. dont rush a very important part like a turbo.

If you want to save ur self and get this turbo, and report back on it

Be an R&D guy
