what is my evo worth to you?
i could swear that was a "what's my evo worth?" thread.. but i can't find it. thinking about selling my car. here is the short version:
2006 Evo IX MR in white. 60k miles. salvaged title due to being rear-ended. i had the rear end fixed. it is back to normal minus the jack and wrenches.
18x10 Advan RS-D wheels with Hankook Ventus V12 tires (for winter) 255/35-18. as of right now the tires have 0 miles on them. they are in the garage to be installed on friday.
zinc-plated Brembo rotors on the rear
de-badged rear end.
lowered with Espelir springs on stock Bilsteins.
Blox shift knob
AEM UEGO wideband
Autometer boost gauge.
stereo relocation kit
OEM volt/boost/oil temp gauges
Perrin air filter
Megan O2 housing
Megan 3" DP
Megan 3" test pipe
Tanabe Medallion 3" exhaust
Spoolin Up COP
some kinda expensive spark plugs
Perrin shorty antenna
vented, custom fit car cover (fits mirrors, wing, antenna, etc)
Compustar alarm with turbo timer/remote start/2-way pager
OEM anti-lift under tray
brake cooling kit (not installed)
ETS 3" FMIC (anodized black from ETS)
ETS LICP
custom made UICP (painted black. retains OEM BOV)
tactrix cable
SE front lip
Tomei 264 PonCam
Walbro Fuel Pump
custom tune by BoostedTuning (331whp/345tq)
Vibrant IC couplings with t-clamps
Buschur MAP switch (uninstalled)
BLOX engine roll stopper
OEM window visors
FIC injector o-rings
FIC 850cc injectors
JAM lifters
Cusco camber plates
Hawk brake pads (not installed)
will come with AMS timing belt tools, as i'll have no use for them any more.
1,500 miles on OEM timing belt/tensioner/balance shaft belt.
oil changes with FULL synthetic oil every 3,000 miles (never got to track the car)
only use Diaqueen in trans/diff. i still have half a container left that will go with the car.
Mytuki (or whatever they are) lug nuts/locks.
MilSpec TB seals/gasket (have an extra set that will come with the car)
rear fenders rolled with an actual fender roller and then slightly pulled to fit the Advans.
would also come with all the stock stuff i pulled off along with a large pile of control arms, steering rack, front sub frame, and lot of other parts i happen to have laying around.
oh.. and i can even throw in some repaired SSR Professor MS1s in a 18X9. they have a staggered offset. rear has an extra 1/2" of lip. black centers, polished lip. the front, passenger side lip is discolored after repairs i had done. it's not the prettiest thing, but they are round LOL. no tires on the SSRs. no spacers needed. no rolled fenders. perfect fit on an evo.
this car is my BABY. no scratches or dents. i think the front bumper may have some nicks from freeway driving. car drives great. i did get to auto-x the car once. i won my class. haha.
engine has perfect compression. has no reason not to. built to be FUN to drive, but never break (hence never going to a large turbo, etc). boost comes on fast and strong. crazy tq. it doesn't pull real hard at the top, but it's not built to. don't let the peak whp/tq numbers fool you. the middle is where the power really comes on.
okay. i guess that wasn't the SHORT version. LOL. anyway, may have another car in sight. what would you pay for this car?
haters are welcome. bag on the car all you want. all opinions are welcome, as all people would be considering this car for purchase. i don't expect to get a collector's price. i don't think the car is made of gold. just looking for some real numbers so i can decide if it's worth a sale or not.
thanks for reading!
