How many miles?
It just depends on maintenance. I have a friend with a stock Evo 8 and 9 that maintain it religiously and have both at least 125K. But they don't race it, or push it too hard. They have families and try not to push it to the limit.

it all depends on driving style/ability, quality parts, and regular maintenance. most of my buddies have evos with well over 100k with a significant amount of mods. just make sure to keep up with the scheduled maintenance and oil changes, careful about the tranny/tcase/clutch, and youll be good to go for a long time!
worst case, drop in a built motor and add more boost!
