Bro, there's endless possibilities on what you can put in you'r car to meet your 350hp goal, but no one can specificaly tell you what to put in it. Start with some basic bolt-on's!

I say

Full exhaust system
Intake
Port the stock manifold
Cams-spring n retainers
Intercooler piping
bigger injectors maybe but stock should be good

And a good tune - a afr wideband for this i think

you may also want to mess around with the turbo since you have an 8

I would have to say go with your maintence first. Spend the money and have your Timing belt and Water pump replaced with OEM parts. Then, I would go with a set of cams at the same time, just to make that part of your motor solid. Maybe even some ARP headstuds. After that, I would go with a full exhaust and a boost controller. A 10.5 hotside would be nice. Find a RELIABLE tuner or shop to do the work for you. Then learn the skills and hello 11's.

My mods.

intake
3'' full exhaust
mbc
255 walbro fuel pump
ams fuel rail

Reflashed the stock ecu and made 337whp and 319hp on dyno. My tuner told me that the stock turbo is doing more bad, then good trying to push it to 350whp. That was my goal for now, but im very happy with 337whp.

JUST FIND A GOOD TUNER!! and do your homework!!! dont just take your car to anyone, just because they have an dyno.

Dont need that imo.

Intake, TBE, IX turbo, mbc, licp, Walbro 255, and a great tuner will get you there, or get you very close to it.

For 360-370 HP you need:

cams 272
full exhaust (turboback)
Walbro fuel pump
Good remap

It is very good to mount turbo from Evo IX, the best is turbocharger with number 49378-01580. Then you will have circa 400 HP if engine is in good condition. Of course ARP for head are pleased

You don't need to replace intake, fuel rail and other things.

Hahah the mod bug has bitten you...read this because it has some great information for beginners...https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ev...g-dummies.html

Everyone is going to post all different parts and tell you what to do. The best way to go about it is picking out parts that are ideal for your specific goals and intentions with the car.

350 (i assume you mean on a dynojet) is obtainable on the stock 8 turbo, you don't have to change to a 9 turbo. There are a variety of fuels to use which affects what boost levels you can run. You basically will need a bolton Evo to make 350awhp which includes...
Turbo back exhaust, O2 housing or O2 dump, walbro 255 fuel pump, upper and lower intercooler piping, 3 or 3.5 inch fmic, intake, upgraded bov (the stock plastic 8 bov will not hold increased boost pressure), cams, springs, and retainers, boost controller, boost gauge, and most importantly a TUNE.

The above parts should definitely be a good start and get you close to your goals and also provide a solid starting point to build off of because, as everyone will say, you'll always want more.
