Preformance Chip?!

So they sell this "preformance chip" that claims to give you UP TO 20-25 more hp...really?!
Someone let me know....

its more than likely just a resistor that costs 7 cents

Actually a few people on this site have the EBay intake and they said it was great. The chip = SCAM!!! It will ruin your engine.
