hey guys can you help me out here.
i had my head gasket replaced 2 days ago .
when i got the car back it started making a ticking/clicking noise at idle.
its never done it before. can anyone tell me what the problem is?

Did the shop properly bleed the lifters during reinstallation?

 

how does the ticking sound? My stock injectors make a ticking noise, i thought it was the lifters.

 

i called the guy and he said something like the water pump n belt is outa place from the last owner or something and it was hitting the cover? he said it will stop eventualy when it grinds it down enough. is that right?
