hi my names Sean and im new to this is there anything I need to know to and not to do.
im currently not driving anything I want a Evolution VIII or a IX so umm dont know what else to say.

Well you need to know not to ask questions like these and expect us to tell you everything there is to know. Read through the newbie faq section, get more general knowledge of both cars, then you will have the knowledge to ask us questions that can be answered without writing a book report.

Thanks guys and Casper your right I should have read though the newbie section alittle bit before posting that my bad sorry and yea 2 of my buddy's also told me the fastest evo's are VIII's but I thought they where just messing around because ones got a black IX and the other a X now I've gotta go read around.
