New gauges, unusual readings

I just got done installing some new AEM gauges. I bought this car about 3 months ago. The previous owner said that it was tuned by Tobz Performance.

The AFRs do not seem to be comparable to what threads on the forum state for a safe ratio. When I am cruising on the highway with no boost, the AFRs are in the 14.5-15.1 range. When I WOT in a high gear with no boost the AFRs are pinned to the lowest point of 10.0. When I WOT with boost, the AFRs are ~12.2. With partial throttle with some boost, the AFRs can vary from around 11.5-13.2.

The oil pressure is a 0-100 psi gauge. These readings are all after the car warms up and has been running for a little while. The oil pressure is in the 12-17 psi range at idle. When cruising around 3500rpm it is in the 79-82 range and when I WOT to redline it goes out of range pretty quickly. This seems to be a pretty high oil pressure from other threads that I have read. The oil was changed recently with 10W30. The only thing that I can think of is switching to a different weight oil and that I may have topped off the oil a little too much.

The fuel pressure gauge seems to be somewhat accurate as I know it is supposed to be 38 psi at no boost. Sometimes it is a little bit lower and sometimes a little bit higher but not more than a couple psi.

14.5-15.1 range while cruising is fine. About 15.2 will give you best mpg. 12.2 is a bit lean... Did you take the car to sea level from altitude?

Actually yes. I bought the car near Chicago and I drove it over here to the West Coast where I am right on the water.

In 5th at ~2k rpm and I push the throttle all the way down and watch as I very slowly accelerate until the turbo spools up.

I would not recommend being in the 5th gear at 2000 rpm a then flooring it, its not healthy for the engine and mostly for the turbo.
