Cool New member... Civic SI to Evo 8!

Hey guys, another guy from the Honda world. Originally purchased my former 2000 Honda Civic SI in 2006.

Got her all crapped out like this....

then finally settled on a SPOON theme...

Also had the privilege of being featured in the September 2010 issue of Honda Tuning Magazine. It was a huge accomplishment for me, mainly because it was the first vehicle from the tiny little island of Guam to be featured in their publication.

Link to article: http://www.hondatuningmagazine.com/f..._si/index.html

Finally decided there was nothing left to do with her and sold her last week. Picked up this 2005 Evo MR with 49k miles and some minor mods. Driving this car is a whole new experience... and it owning it looks to be a whole new world as well. I only have one pic of her now, I'll be posting more around here sometime.

Well since you call it a her, I must say she has a sexy rear end.
I do not know a lot about Civics but that engine bay loks clean enough to eat off of.

Welcome to the evo world.

Yeah, you should see the Evo's. Gonna need alot of TLC.

Thanks for the welcome man. Off topic, but do post counts count only in certain forums?

Welcome. The answer to your question is yes and your civic was sick. I had an ebp 2000 si. I loved that car and would have loved to had it in a mag. I know this evo is in good hands!

The civic was nice, but 4 wheel peels are far superior, and the Evo is the perfect specimen. Love the color. Get a JDM IX Rear bumper!

Welcome! That's some nice cars.

I'm not sure if they still require the post count. I remember reading about "legit-ness" and not needing 50 posts to sell or take part in the classifieds. Hopefully a mod can chime in.

I have a Greddy on mine and that tip sits lower than mine I would guess not the Greddy, maybe the HKS.

I could be wrong, but I am thinking not Greddy.

Thanks again for the welcome.

Exhaust is a no-name brand. Something I plan to change later down the road.

you must spend crazy money shipping parts to guam, props on the new whip, and the si was tough, I have a big place in my heart for hondas.
