Evo Limits
Well I was wondering about the launch of the Evo here in the
and like it makes sense there was a limitation because it was pretty much a test... to see how it would do on American soil... and I personally think that it should do JUST FINE here... no wonder you see like one or two max Evos on a Socal Evo lot hahha *yet to see my beloved blue
* .... I just wanted to know waht you guys think about the car and its limits here and maybe a reason why or why not they should/should not release more or less Evos for the 04 models *like those options?* ...
I think Evos will be mass produced 2x over than what the 03 models brought simply because I see them a lil bit more and more *kinna good, kinna bad... I would like to be in one of those Evos for sure! LoL =P* ... But as my dad said, if they could keep the price at the invoice or somewhat less they would sell like hotcakes....but then again, they already are at about 30k ...
Evos seem to have a life here in the U.S. and I doubt it'll leave hehe, soOooO gimmie ur 2 cents and plz dont ask for change LoL
nooOOo hahah sorry for confusing you... I believe that Cali is a big market *agree?* and so I'm assuming car companies cling to Cali's market so we get majority of models that car companies give out. Do you or do you not think that the Evo will be well suited for here....considering how scarce the car is for its first "test" run at the U.S. Market
soOOo let's restate the questions one more time hahahah
1) Do you think the Evo will have a lasting impact or just another dropout car like the Tercel, Corolla Station wagon, Cressida etc...
2) I see so many limited numbers of Evos on socal mitsu lots, is it really a car worth getting?
3) will mitsubishi mass produce this baby for the 04 model?
yah stuff like that

actually cali is a big market, however cali also has the strictiest emission standards, therfore if they want the big market share, they always tone down the cars so that it can sell in cali.
And no i do not believe they will further mass produce the Evo's for a few reasons.
1. Sports cars are not profitibale for car companies
2. Tough emissions laws
3. Seems like turbos are phasing out, all other "Import" companies are going with displacement instead of force induction.
4. Mitsubishi are having some finacial problems.
5. Mitsubishi's warranty policy sucks, it's somewhat of a factor when purchasing the car.
