I searched and didn't really find any answers. I was wondering if anyone is using this bpv? I installed mine with the medium spring because the soft spring would prematurely release boost. But with the medium spring normal on boost driving the bpv sounds normal just a whoosh sound but with higher boost and harder acceleration it sounds like flutter when I let go of the gas. Is this okay? Is this just bpv flutter or compressor surge? From what I read compressor surge happens when the car is boosting and not when I let go of the gas pedal .

here ya go. The review shows that there is some flutter to it. ( on the light spring)
On the medium spring he said he found some compressor surge.

 

I read that. But I was trying to see if anyone else had experience with a samco bpv also.
