sti clutch

sti clutch

is the sti clutch better than evos clutch?

Clamp loads are very close and stock friction materials are the same. The diaphragm spring is virtually the same. The STI clutch we tested was just slightly weaker. I took some photos and posted them on the big 22 page clutch thread somewhere close to the beginning if you are interested.

Well if you compare how many people complain on the different forums about thier clutches then you would have to believe the STi clutch and tranny are better.

This is what leads me to believe that the EVO clutch problems are more having to do with the restrictor/hydaulic hose/gearing/etc rather than the clutch itself.
