Hi i'm a loyal evo fan and but sad to say i'm disable and can't drive! any how i've heard that the evoultion 3 has the most torque is this true?

furthermore my dream is to own one either 6,7 so i could truly show the street potential of the evo! where i'm from it's not really recognized as an tough street racing opponent! any suggestions on how to build up my 6,7 to output approx- 550-650bhp!!
