Thinking of spending about 4k..what should i get and how many hp will i make...i wanna get around 400-500 hp do i need to spend more

 

Start off with basic bolt ons...intake, exhaust, boost controller, pump, tune. Prolly spend about $1000-$1500 doing that and make around 300whp or more. Then cams along with supporting mods like front mount, piping, injectors, and another tune. That'll take up most of the rest of your money and you'll be in the 350-400whp range on race gas or E85.

 

I'd always start with the things you'll need no matter what:

-Injectors, pump, AFPR, tuning device

From here on out you can toss on cheap bolts on (exhaust, hard pipe, IC pipes) and then if your budget allows get a slightly bigger turbo used. $4,000 can go pretty far.

 

What else do people normally do to Evo's? Want to do some work to mine but i don't know where to start!
