So, I bought this car...

I'm new here, and really need some help. I bought an 09 EVO RS that is apparently heavily modded, and need some advice on getting it to cooperate.
From what I can see under the hood, it has a FP Black turbo, Perrin blow off valve, Magen Exhaust manifold, injen intake, aeromotive FPR, RC 1000cc fuel injectors, a Hyper Voltage System (GT) , Perrin fuel rail, and a new looking head, but I can't find any castings on it. The car's exhaust dumps after the down pipe. Inside, there's an Apexi AVCR .
This is what I can see, but haven't pulled the valve cover so I have no idea what cams are in it.
This car runs strong until I start to drive it, then I can only barley touch the gas without the car going into fits, like is got no fuel, when I let off it idles out smooth.
I know this is a crazy question right off te bat, but I don't know where to look.
Thanks for your help guys.

Haha its all good. Yeah, I would check for boost leaks, and or other vacuum leaks. Check your plugs and go over the basics. And thats ok, there's no load when your not in gear so thats normal

So, yes, the BOV recirculation outlet was off.
Now it has an enormous amount of boost, way up high in he rpm range. It runs off the gauge on both the stock guage and the aftermarket one.
I need to figure out a basic tune for my boost controller until I can get it to Atlanta for a proper dyno tune.

You may want to update your "drives" in your profile (from 09 EVO RS to the correct year) so you don't get trolled later... just a thought. Congrats on the RS, good choice. And it is an RS right?? Just playing of course.

You need to not drive it right now and have a reputable local or a semi local tuner check the car out. Explain the situation to them and they will surely tell you the same thing I just did. Driving it around trying to diagnose it isn't going to help.

Any pics yet? and check the valve cover to see if it says MIVEC on it, if it does then you do have a 9
