If you can't tell, I'm pretty excited. I just got back from dealership and I will be getting a 2011 Evo X GSR in Octane blue. The car is currently on a ship from Japan and should arrive to the dealer in 2 - 3 weeks.

Thanks to Jeremy @ SSP for pointing me in the right direction as far as dealership. If you are in the Maryland area and want to buy a Evo / New mitsubishi go to Jerry's in Baltimore. They will work with you. The experience was pretty painless and I am really glad I went there.
