Hi I'm new to this forum I'm from Mass n I bought a 04 WW Evo SSL 82k miles for $16k a few months ago from a guy in VT, but we met in lebanon NH . . . it was a long drive but I got the car :] it does have mods put on from the previous owner before him n I love how the car runs but I'm also looking into putting a few more mods. I'm looking to do a top mount turbo? but should I build the internals first ?? need some opinions please
