this is what the salesman said the car im fixing to purchase had. he said it was where the ring ang pinion in the xfer case was binding. i looked it up and couldn find much other than videos i was wondering what this was cuased by. how much does it cost to fix. and how many miles can you safely drive like this the car is 4 hours away. he said it wouldnt have any problem making the trip. but i havent heard it or even drove the car yet. im going to pick it up tomorrow if everything checks out good with it.
