Hello, I'm an AWD type of guy and I own 2 Subaru 2.5RS, had my 1st car for 5 years now and been doing a lot of track events with it. I have been wanting to do an STi swap for years now but just looking at the headache my friends are having with their swaps.

I am taking a different route and going with an Evo, not just because it's an Evo but the way you can modify it compare to the STi. I am currently looking for an Evo 9 GSR for track events and maybe learn more about it.

 

A good place to read is the suspension/track forums here. The approach for track events is different from drag related events, auto cross etc. That is a good place to read up, and also the stickies help out in here for more info
