difference is rpw heads come with a downpipe...
rrm does not....
better in terms of HP gains who knows
there is a dyno somewhere here where rpw
header made 12-18 hp range...
i don't know a/b rrm...
...also rrm header is compatible w/ their turbo kit.

There's a dyno sheet to prove it also. And on top of that, my RPW header still hasn't thrown a CEL even after installing a testpipe a month and almost 1000 miles ago.

man thats freaking crazy 13-18 hp. man let me think.

intake and good exhaust 10 hp
piggy back ecu 15hp
rpw headrers 15hp

total 40 hp for what like 1500

total hp for a lancer 160.......not bad. i wonder if there any turbo charge packages i can add to that.

There's at least two turbo options in RRM and RPW, although you'll have to wait until RPW re-enters the Lancer market. And keep in mind that 160 hp figure is before drivetrain loss and with optimal gains from all the mods. Figure around 130-140 whp and you've got a decent grocery getter/Civic-beater.

what about OBX headers, any word on those? a local shop here said they've installed two RPW's and he saidi they have rusted and begun to corrode. he recommended OBX's. any insight is appreciated.

i wonder if there is some sort of coating you can get with rpw to prevent rust and other **** like that. cause that would suck big time.
