New guy ....ive been an evo fan for over 10 years
Have you ever been in a car with that kind of power? It's only fun if you can use it.
I've had a bone stock Evo for almost five years, and the 286 hp rating has never not seemed fun to me, and I've been a lot of faster cars (510 hp Ferrari F430 Scuderia 16M, 451 hp Mercedes C63 AMG, etc.). My Evo has been paid off for a while and I'm making more money, and part of me wanted to buy a new M3, though I realized that while it would be cool, I'd never really utilize that power, or at least not frequently enough to make it worth having paid all the extra money for it over a lesser powerful car.
I remember when I was your age, I wanted to do all sorts of stuff, but in hindsight, I'm glad that I didn't blow the money on it since I wouldn't really have reaped the benefits. It's fun to do, but there are probably other projects that might be equally as fun but less of an investment.
