newbie wait to get activated

Any one explains inorder for newbie to start posting in other topic do i need 15 post in a day here or every day diff post.

Its common on most forums,

you must be a memeber for atleast 15 days

you must also have atleast 15 posts

you can post in any order on any day, but both must be 15
