What was the compression? Consistent? Miles on motor? Stock? Stock turbo. Does it smoke at all? Could be a number of things. Valve seals, oil rings, turbo, exe.

^^^ what he said.

did you do a wet and dry compression test. what was the leakdown percentage in each cylinder.

I have only seen valve seals go when not replaced after a cam swap.

My car doesn't consume oil

Why will the seals go bad after a cam swap?!?!!
I know the seals go bad if I replace the springs and smash the seal.

U can swap springs and retainers, and cams without damaging the seals if is done properly.

Usually the seals will be okay, but the worn already(old seals) with newer cams that have a higher lift move the valve more on the seal where there was no in contact. Thus wearing it very slightly. It might only be .3 of a mm but it is just the same as a person who puts lowering springs on a stock strut that has been on the car for a while. Eventually the new travel creates enough friction to wear.
