New Evo Owner (and so it begins)

Hey Everyone,

I just purchased a used EVO IX MR from SCM i was told it was stock and after poking and prodding around for a little bit and doing a couple test drives i took the plunge and signed the papers. My first impressions of the car are that it is everything I ever wanted my 91 talon tsi to be and more....way more.

However upon getting it home and really starting to look closer at a couple things i started to get a little worried. I will start by saying that the car feels rock solid and drives like a dream but its apparent that the previous owner had some work done. After debating whether or not I wanted to keep a car that had been modified by the previous owner I decided that i am going to keep it because it has already grown on me and hopefully that wont turnout to be a bad decision.

So this leads me to my current situation and the reason i need advice

I thoroughly inspected the car and so far i have found

Tein lowering springs
PTE 780cc injectors
A familiarly loud fuel pump guessing its a wally 255 (still need to pull it to see)
The turbo is from what i can tell a brand new stock evo IX 16g
Stock exhaust with all brand new bushings and bolts (dealer pulled the aftermarket and replaced with stock ??)

While driving doing 3rd and 4th gear pulls, boost climbs to 1.5ish and then tapers to 1.2ish which seems to be the norm for stock.

At this point is it safe to assume that the ecu is probably flashed ?

Are the fuel pump and bigger injectors going to have any negative effects right now, considering everything else is stock (Intake,Exhaust,Turbo,ETC)

Absolutely not. You're in fine shape. The only thing I would worry about is the Tein springs on the MR. They tend to blow out the bilsteins because of the large drop.
