How do you know they will fit and/or rub when he didn't even mention rim width or offset?
If they are on;y 7" wide and have the proper offset and the right size tires, they won't rub. If not, they will rub or even not fit at all!
READ THIS it should answer all of your questions except for the request for pics. Find any pic of a Lancer with 19s and put a request on the photochop forum to change the car color to silver.

the lancer with 19's i believe is a blue lancer with spyder rims....search spyder/spider rims and you should come up with the pics. They obviously will fit if they meet the requirements Urbanknight posted or maybe with some suspension alterations. good luck.....what type of rims with what specifications?
if you have not lowered the car, go with an EXTREMELY short side wall, can live with the tire rubbing ( a bunch ) and you are not worried about wheel travel (vertical) you might pull it off. if the wheel is even in the ballpark of being offset and width correct.
but you might want to read the stickied thread in the tire and wheel section done by "kensuke" you would probably be better off getting a accurately sized wheel and tire for a few bucks more.....
