I just purchased a 2003 evo viii with 65000 miles.
I'm new to evo's but I had a 98 talon tsi awd before (major difference I know but I'm familiar with the 4g63)
I've wanted one ever since they came out but now that I don't have a girl to pay for and a really expensive apartment we had I finally got one
I'm picking it up tomorrow and I get a 4 hour drive to bring it back
I'm not planning on doing any mods till the end of summer/ early next year.
Right now all it has is a CF hood, MBC, TBE, boost gauge, and a shepherd sage II trans and transfer case so it's perfect to start modding the way I want it.
It's pretty solid and clean except for the brembo's paint is fading bad but I see it's normal.
60000 mile service was done with paperwork which is a plus.
I live in Oberlin which is the city right next to Buschur Racing which is a big plus.
