well hello fellow members. I'm Derek. i am stoked about getting/signing a 03 Apexi silver evo with 74k miles in the next few days. test drove it and she felt good. checked history and no accidents. but then again barely no records of maintenance . im guessing it was a DIYer kinda person that owned the vehicle b4 me . once i get the car i am going to bring it in my shop and get the fluids changed and double check everything. i was told that it had its 60k service done. thats a +. the car has few mods on it , like a turbo back exhaust/ uicp/ licp/ a new oem clutch/ forge bov/ boost gauge/ afr gauge/ and a PU do-luck front lip.
Now i love jdm and my very next purchase for this car is a jdm rear bumper. But the thing that gets me is that its an 03 with normal 9yr sun fade/ if any i guess. Now if i got the AS jdm bumper new, when putting it on would i notice a differance in color? the car itself looks like its been kept clean with normal wear of mother nature. i just cant bring myself to pay for a new paint job to match the bumper. Should i b worried or pull the trigger?
