I just recently picked up a 2003 evo. The county I live in requires an e check and it doesn't have a cat on it currently. I gave it a shot and it failed. Almost got away with it bc the guy there thought the o2 housing was the cat until he had someone else look at it I was wondering if anyone has a good suggestion for a good high flow cat that is EPA certified.
