Hello, I'm a new owner of an 06 Evo IX. My previous car was a 350z. This is my first turbo car. I'm still doing a lot of researching, trying to figure what's best for me as far as upgrades go. I'm not looking to do anything crazy, maybe looking to get 420 or so awhp after everything is said and done. So far, I've ordered the ETS intake, and Synapse DV, which have not arrived yet. Looking into doing all the major bolt-ons before even considering a turbo upgrade. My next purchases will probably be a Walbro 255lph fuel pump, downpipe/dump, testpipe and tune via EcuFlash.

 

Just installed my Synapse DV and spring from aby at mil.spec. It's a very quiet DV, but then again I still have my factory airbox in. Should be getting my ETS intake pipe this week, along with the mbc, fuel pump and downpipe. Then off to tune.

I had a question for anyone who has an answer. I'm going to place an order for the ETS LICP, should I wait for that before I tune, or will that not be a huge factor?
