heys guys! brand new to this forum... im so glad i found it. I use to own a 2000 ford focus sony sport edition until i wrecked it... and just recently purchased a 2002 lancer oz rally (The deal will be done in less than a week. I got it for 9000 with 22000 miles on it. Not a bad deal i thought).

Anyway.... Im tryin to learn more about the entire car and i was wondering which engine it had. i got so confused with the us version, japanese version, and so forth. i couldnt figure out the exact engine number and i was just hopin someone here would know.

thanx for the quick response. i just wanna read up on it some. with my focus i went all show... i wanna do nothin but the performance on this ride. any ideas where to look for like an engine diagram or something similar to that?
