oh hai!
oh hai!
recently been converted to the darkside, always used to be a suby guy, recently imported an EVO IV that i was just gonna sell, but after driving it and seeing it in person, i cant bring myself to sell it anymore

....boxer engines still sound better though :P
so i guess im not FULLY converted yet, i still like both.
is that allowed?
its got some pretty basic mods on it, hks intake, RM01A exhaust, buddy club racing spec coilovers, 17x8.5 Advan RCII's, which fit a little wider than i had planned, so im gonna need to roll and pull a bit, and make it look agressive as *****.
im not gonna go too nuts on it, as its just my dd, gonna get an evo 7 ecu for it and turn on the antilag since its already got all the hardware, swap out the stock turbo for a TME or just the regular TD05HRA from an MR or something, etc. mild stuff like that.
pic of it while still in Japan:

ill get better pics of it when the snow is gone and i clean it up a bit

soooooo after months of procrastination/ working on my other other cars, i finally got around to start working on the Evo IV!
currently in the middle of changing the clutch/ flywheel, the previous owner appears to have had the clutch/flywheel done not long ago as they both look pretty much brand new, but the disk was pretty much completely worn down, so my guess is that he just thought the clutch break in period was a myth, and roasted his brand new clutch.. lol.
anyway, so ive installed a Fidanza lightweight aluminum flywheel, and an Exedy Stage 2 clutch.
heres a pic of the flywheel... forgot to take a pic of the clutch before throwing the tranny back on
