New to the evo world

Not really new to the site, but definitely new to the whole modding world.. Quick noob question, I wanted to get my evo tuned but have winter tire on right now. Should I get new tires before trying to get it tuned? Thanks

Tires wont effect your tune.
Where are you going to get it tuned?

It's gonna be tuned in Colorado, I've heard the softness of the tire can have an effect on the dyno.. Some say there's a good difference in hp gains some say there's not..
