E-85 question!

What is the min injector/pump combo you can run when switching to E?

I would say min 1000cc and a 255 pump

I have a fully built 2.0 with that same injector/pump combo on stock turbo stock ecu on pump gas now. If I switch to E what kind of gains can I see?
