My friend and I installed an HID kit in my 08 evo. It works great when we first started the car and turn on the headlights. But when I turned it off and turned it on the second time without killing the engine, none of the lights would work. We're thinking it could be the ecu delivering the correct amount of voltage to the headlights (we were guessing). The factory requires 50v but the HID kit only needs 25v. Could that be it? Any ideas?
