Hey everyone, finally got my '05 Evo 8 a few months ago and just joined. I'm pumped to be part of this elite club, both at EvoM and on the street.

Ive been reading the site for months and am impressed with all the knowledge and passion here. This car is my sanctuary and makes me grin every time I drive . For richer or poorer, I'll always own an Evo.

So far its my weekend toy and plan to keep it forever as a project. Its pretty close to stock so I can tastefully mod. It only has:
- Walbro 255
- Greddy Profec B Spec II ebc
- intake
- Greddy bov
- Tanabe Touring Medallion cat back
- Ivey Tune, 24psi
- street clutch
- stock exterior, black

Next plans are either bbk full or fp green, kelford 272s, piping, injectors, intercooler, complete exhaust.. perhaps a bit more to make it a fun street machine on 93.

congrats man, I am in the search for an evo right now. hopefully a 2005 ww evo, stock for the most part but we will see. Have fun with it. This forum has the best information I have seen around.

 

Thanks guys. Further to the next mods I mentioned above, I'm trying to decide on a turbo upgrade. My short term goal is to build a ~400awhp fun street machine on 93. Ive gone back and forth between the bbk full and new fp green.
But something tells me to consider the red or bbk-b in case I want more potential in the future. The research continues.
