Question about Lancer versions
Question about Lancer versions
Ok so I've been looking to get my first Lancer soon and had a couple questions about the different versions and options.
First off, I live in Michigan and it snows a lot 5 months out of the year so I would like to get a AWD version but at the same time I do drive a long way to work(all highway). So I was wondering do the AWD version really get as bad of gas as the website shows.
Which brings up my other question, I would really rather have a manual trans but the SE version doesn't come with that as an option. That leaves me with the RALLIART version which I'm fine with cause it has the smart manual in it.
And lastly does the FWD version drive good on snow cause push comes to shove I can just get a manual Lancer GT.
I know it a lot but I have alway really liked Lancers and now I can afford one so I just want to get the best one for me.
Thanks

The SE CVT transmission doesn't come with the paddle shifters? Or the manual mode shifting done at the shift knob (like on the eclipse)?
Looks like if you want AWD you will need to get the auto SE or the auto Raliart if the Evo is not an option. And I can't speak about FWD and snow. I live in South Texas. It doesnt really snow here. And if it ever does most of us call in and stay home.
