Just got myself a EVO VIII!

Hey guys, just got myself an evo 8 after a long time of searching,

im abit new to the evo scene and was wondering if I could grab some advice / help! i need a new exhaust manifold because mine is cracked, i have a fp green turbo, upgraded cams, suspension and i believe the manifold is cracked cause it can't handle the power of the bigger turbo.

any ideas on what type of manifold to be looking for and where?

I reside in Australia, Perth

Cheers for reading

Find a used stock manifold and have it sent out to get ported and maybe even coated.

That's enough for a green.

All the above comments. Stock ported will handle 650whp no problem, Im at 500whp with an FP Green HTA and plenty of room to go with this manifold.

I ran a tubular once, literally for a few weeks, it robbed major power from me.

Dont waste your time and money with anything else than a stock ported unit, AWDmortsports.com can get you one, they did mine for me, MAPerformance.com does them, and buschurracing.com does one...

All of them are VERY well known and trusted companies. If you go to AWD tell Mike I sent you!
