Hey guys, I'm in the market for an Evo X (currently have a 2010 Liquid Silver Metallic Mazdaspeed 3). I've seen some nice pics of WW, AS, RR and even OB. It's kind of hard to choose between all of them as a lot of listed Evo X that are for sale are in the same general price range so price almost isn't a factor (to some degree of course). What do you guys think? Any pics of your recommended color would be appreciated! By the way, it's a pleasure to meet you all.

The most popular color you will see is WW. I personally own a AS and love it. If I could do it again I would probably go with RR. Pictures don't do that color justice lol.

 

I would say to get Wicked White first. It seems this color is the one most preferred by most people. Somehow Wicked White=Evo. My second choice would be Octane Blue. Third would be Rally Red and then Phantom Black. Mercury Gray and Apex Silver are nice colors too, but don't stand out like the others.

Sorry if I put this thread in the wrong forum! Funny story, when I was on my way to a baseball game I told myself if I see an Evo X on the freeway I'm going to go test drive one. Next thing you know, an AS MR blasts right past me right before the exit I needed to get off on. Maybe AS is a sign lol.

 

WOW that father son thing you have going on is awesome! Everyone I know keeps saying to get white, but I've seen it around quite a bit. I can't deny that it doesn't look clean though on a good set of rims.

 

OB might be hard to find if you're trying to get it new. I believe they're changing the blue for 2013s. I was trying to get OB when I was shopping a couple months ago, but I ended up with WW and I love it. Gotta keep WW clean though. If possible, check them out in person.
