Post count not going up?!

I've been a member for about two weeks and I've made somewhere around 20 posts yet my post count seems to stay at 1. Just curious as to why it is not going up?
Do they only count if they are new threads or what?
I know on Honda tech my post count was stuck at 731 posts for my last 1000 posts.
I would really like to start using the marketplace soon.
Thanks in advance.
Jon

I'm curious about this too. I've been stuck at a low post count for a long time.

You have to post in the main sections (Evo X, Evo 1-9, Ralliart, etc.). Not Off Topic, Regional or anything like that.

Please see the link in my signature. The forum post count is section specific, and is operating without error.
