Turbo wise check out the FP red/black or even a BBK or GT35r/37r because that'll help get that goal EASILY. lol You trying to make this goal on pump or meth?
I'm trying (ideally) to make that power off of pump (93). The first things first though, I need to get a boost leak test. I know FP well, as I had a green then a red on the STi.

Hahaha dang bro yea I'd check the waste gate actuator, I had the same issue when I went to a FP turbo. Bad actuator so I replaced it and now I'm boosting just fine!
